As far as I am concerned I would say 'Yes'...in the vast majority of cases as far as we have heard the upgrade process is pretty painless and quick.
Having said that if you have the option of imaging your current disk/installation then I would...just in case, as there have been a very small percentage of the millions who have upgraded who have had a bad experience.
To help answer some of the further question you might have please take a look at this KB Article that the Webroot Community Team have put together...and if you have any further questions after that then please post back.

I would like to mention that I have upgraded 2 of my computers and my PCs run flawlessly. This upgrade was the easiest thus far .Sonce it's a free upgrade then I would also advise it. You have till the end of July I believe to obtain this upgrade.
Of course if you have a backup that would also be good just encase. Also to let you know that you have 30 days to revert back to your previous Windows version if you do not like Windows 10.
