Well, the thing to try is an uninstall of WSA followed by a clean reinstall to see if that resolves the issue. But before doing that precisely when did you purchase your subscription & from whom?
Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer; to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
Let it finish it's install scan
Reboot once again
Please let us know what the state of WSA following the reboot.
