ic64.dll has been identified as malware. Even qith quarantine and permanent deletion the message continues to open up "cannot open ic64.dll". C:\users...\Appdata\local\temp\ImaginingEngine.dll\12462. Is this malware or part of the windows 10 operating system? cheers

Hello @john ward and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

There's not much info about that file via Google search and being in a Temp Folder I would suggest that you Submit a Support Ticket and if it turns out to be bad then support will help you remove that file and other files that go along with it!

Thanks,
