i'm new to this forum and new to Webroot.
yesterday one of my office pc's running windows 7 received the Idle Buddy trojan. i tried cleaning it off with malware, it appeared to work but then I was eventually directed by a tech friend to your site.
I did install and run webroot.
How can i be sure that Idle buddy is completely removed from the computer?

Since you have WSA installed it's simple to get a free security check by Submitting a Support Ticket and ask them to do a security check and they will let you know if there are any issues and if there is they will help you remove them!
