In Groupon, I can't open the offerings. Is this a Webroot issue or something in my email setup?

It's hard to say as Webroot BrightCloud says Groupon is safe and WSA would not stop you from opening a Website but if it is a bad Website it will just get Blocked by WSA! So it must be your email settings? Can I ask what Email Client you are using or are you using Web Mail like Gmail, Yahoo?

Confirmed, Daniel...I too have no issue with opening Groupon offers either. ;)

OK, have done a little research and it seems that is a fairly general issue from what I read on the MS forums.  Please take a look at the following thread that may well provide you with some further information on how to resolve the issue...but it definitively looks like a Windows Mail rather than WSA-related issue.

 

To look for more information, and similar threads to the above just Google "Windows mail blocking Groupon" or the like and I think that you should find plenty that is of use.
