I was advised that I needed to call Microsoft at 855-790-73126 because pop up I had viewed put my personal data at risk,. Scanned with Webroot and no viruses were detected, Is there reason to be suspicious of this warning?

THIS IS A SCAM!! Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
If you clicked on any links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any websites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP. (Now would be a good idea....)

There's nothing you should do. It's just a scam. They will ask for remote access to your computer if you call the number. There have been thousands of similar reports online, just Google the number, or check at some complaint boards like http://whycall.me.
