Im trying to reset my password because I forgot it. It said the link to reset has been sent to my email but I haven't received it. I've tried it several times and nothing. Any suggestions?

I'm not able to control the password to the online console, your best bet is support as Dave mentioned. This can be done very quickly as well so should be a quick call.
