Bought Webroot 2 days ago. Today Outook was corrupted. Dell support says it was caused by a virus. It took Dell support 4.5 hours to repair. Question is: If Webroot has realtime virus protection why did this happen?

Of course Dell said it was a virus its there standard answer for practically everything (Ex-Dell employee btw). Malware wont corrupt Outlook as why would it? The entire idea is to steal information or get your money, breaking Outlook does neither.
