keycode doesn't work ..... Webroot Internet Security Complete (expires Jul 21, 2025)

My current subscription expires in two days.  I have another another account that expires next July however the activation code doesn’t work.  I mistakenly renewed a couple months early but regardless...activation code doesn’t work???

I can’t submit a ticket because your system doesn’t recognize the of the characters of my security code  The first and third character for instance,  Doesn’t recognize.  Really a pain in the azz.  thanks for the phone number...sad how many hoops I have to jump through to get webroot to work correctly
