I am having a issue with my log in. When I downloaded my app for my phone and I put in the email, password and my Secure Anywhere complete keycode in the log in box, I recieve a error message saying:
Error
Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect.
Since the log I used the same log in on to check the status of my computers that are associated with that account and it works fine.
But I just don't understand why it not letting me log in.

If you are still having this issue with signing into your Online Account Console with your Mobile device then by all means please Submit a Support Ticket/or call and the Webroot Support Team can assist you free of charge with your Webroot subscription.

Also check to see if you have Permissions set to Administrator and set to Access on your
Account Console for the Mobile.
