Hi i have 2 lap tops this one is fine, my other one running windows 7 , the browser has been hijacked. when i try to log into g mail it goes into a loop, never letting me into the e mails i have. I removed chrome still does it tin explorer, when i try to reload chrome through the google site it directs me else where to down load chrome from a non google site.
very frustrating, and its way beyond my skill set to fix it, i have run a scan from web root several time to no avail.
what do i di next?

Sounds like you have some bad PUAS, and you can issue a Support Ticket free of charge so they can sort this out for you.

What version of WIndows does the affected have on it? Windows 8.1? Windows 7? 32 bit or 64 bit?
