I am assuming that you are getting this 'information' from running the System Analyzer feature that is part of WSA? If so then I would not be too worried about this as the Analyzer is only a 'baseline' tool and I would say that it is not hugely accurate. If you believe that you have suffcient RAM then I would not worry, especailly if the performance you are experiencing on your system is satisfactory/what you are expecting.
If you are concerned then please post details of your RAM, CPU, etc. and we will take a look for you.
