Today I check my website, I see the orange sign, why is that, at the same time next to the link is a green sign, also webroot telling me website is safe?

Why is that?

Welcome to the NEW Community Forums.

If you are concerned/not happy with what is being represent of you site by the Webroot Web Threat Shield then the best approach IMHO is to head over to THIS page at www.brighcloud.com.

There you can request a review of the category and reputation of your site (either via URL or IP) by filling out and submitting a simple form online.

There you may also recommend a category for a URL by clicking the "I would like to suggest a category for this URL" link.

Brightcloud are the reputation side of Webroot & on the same page they provide an FAQ about category and reputation. And there are also links to their Web Category Descriptions or IP Threat Category Descriptions.

Hopefully you can simply get the reputation currently being displayed changed to something more akin to how you believe it should be.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
