I have always had a couple of days left when I entered my new key code, but always just got my 365 days, but for that's ok. But if you make a support ticket this link just once, because if you repeat it goes to the end of the line! Just be patient Support will get back with ya!

No but contact support like Slittle75 said and they will set you up or just wait till the day the old sub runs out then install the new keycode. Also when you change keycodes and if you use the Password Manager or the Back Up & Sync make sure to copy your data before installing the new keycode and no need to use the CD and if you need to download WSA here is the link for PC: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
