I believe I have been a person of a scam. About a week and a half ago I got I message on my computer while I was using my computer and could not remove the message...my computer got locked up. I did not know what to do so I called the number in the message and they introduced themselves as A Geek Solutions. They got me soi fustrated and confused. They told me only they could help me and Microsoft could not and they would not release my computer and only they can...I went back and forth and wound up paying therm $184...I need to know what I can do about my accounts, etc how do I file against them etc.
Thank you.
