I hope not to be out key asking when secure anywhere beta enrollments will start, I am pecularly interested in participating on the eve of windows 10 rtm launch.

I do not believe that there is any 'enrollment' period per se...if yo uwould like to be part of the beta then you just need to make a request to Nic...and he will advise accordingly.
Having said that the Win10 compliant version is already out so there really is no strenuous beta testing going on at the moment.
