All of the sudden my laptop is telling me that my home network has "no internet". Router is on and connected and my phone, tv, and other devices are connected. What do I check. Windows 10 is up to date, I am using webroot, windows firewall, what else should I check.

Hello @arletta66 and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Have you tried a reboot of the laptop? Also are connected via WiFi or direct ethernet cable?

Thanks,

If rebooting the PC does not bring joy then I would also reboot the router.

As indicated above the Router connectivity is the most likely issue. So if you are working via your own router the usual remedy is switch off the Router for about 60 seconds, then switch on again & wait for all confirmatory lights to come on. You should then be able to use your laptop again. If all else fails contact your ISP- unless of course your PC has failed., but normally when you all indicators show that you are connected to the Internet & cannot get service the Router is the problem WSA would not normally cause the problem that you have. Good luck.
