On OS X platform: Webroot launches, on Home window I click "Go To Passwords" . Page only shows a blank window. Sent a screenshot to Support and have not gotten a response as yet. Anyone got any ideas?

Wait for Support to respond, but do NOT add anything to your Trouble Ticket or submit a new one. That will cause you ticket to go back to the end of the line.
I had a problem similar to this a few months ago, and Support was able to fix it, so hopefully in this case they will be able to get things sorted out for you as well!
