Lately when I log in to my password section, there is a dark shaded area over most entries and it extends over to the right shading the " My Identity Actions ". In the center of the shaded area there is a white box with a green bar extending about 75 % the length of the box itself.

Don't know what it means or how to get around it to edit sites and etc. Can anyone help ?
