Can anyone help me, I dont know what security code they are talking about.

Hello there, welcome to the Community!
When you first installed WSA, it probably also prompted you to create your Online Account Console. The security code is a word 6 or more letters long that you set at the security code. If you cannot remember what you used, no worries. There will be a link there to help recover/reset lost security codes. Take a look HERE if you need help with that.
