How do you restart plugin for backup and sync?

To be honest I am not sure what you mean by "plugin" for Backup & Sync. But I can help you with linking you to the Webroot User Guide for a PC.

When I click on backup and sync, it says that plugin is trying to restart itself and that If I get that error again, I should consult help or support on how to restart plugin. I asked this question before I contacted Webroot. I followed their instructions, and they did not work. I have followed up with them. I can not use or access backup. Could not find anything online that covers my problem.
