It’s best to contact Webroot Support and they will take care of this. Also get a good Ad Blocker for each of your Browsers like uBlock Origin here for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/ I know they have it for Chrome and Microsoft Edge and other browsers!
