Problem with Scan
I just installed Webroot on my Mac computer and it has been scanning but now no additional files seem to be scanning but the time elapsed keeps running. What should I do?>

Welcome to the NEW Community Forums.
Please look for and advise us of the exact message being displayed by the scan, under the scan progress bar, as that may be pertinent to advising as to how to resolve your issue.
But in the first instance please try the solution detailed in the thread "Scan Problems" that is pinned on the right of this page. That may resolve the issue...but if not then please post back with the requested information.
