Pua.Filetypehelper - cant remove...
Help. We are new users. Webroot says this threat remains and cannot be removed despite rebooting and running Webroot over and over.....

That file is not an actual infection, but it is something you might not want on the computer. the Pua. stands for Potentially Unwanted Program. WSA is bringing it to your attention, as it might be an annoyance, but as it is not a threat it isnt removing it.
