Please do a manual update by clicking on the gear next to My Account, click on the tab "About Secure Anywhere"

 

then click on check for software updates.

 

if that does not work for you, please contact tech support by submitting a support ticket

Hi there

 

Alternatively, and more quickly, one can right click on the WSA notification tray icon and select 'Check for Update' from the context menu displayed.  This has the same effect as what Beth has correctly suggested.

And if WSA still says there are no updates, please uninstall it. Then download the installer from here and install WSA freshly.:)
