Is sitebeat.crazydomains.com a scam they said they were going to shut down my hotmail unless I signed up with them?

They are going to shut down your Hotmail email right? Do you have a Website with them? I don’t know what to say maybe ask the BrightCloud Team as it’s part of Webroot and OpenText here: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php I just don’t see how they can force you?

 

This is what it shows but I’m concerned.
