Webroot scans then doesn't do any form of removal, it just scans gain. Why doesn’t it do the removal?

Are you saying you are infected and WSA doesn’t remove it on the second scan? Can you post the detection's by saving a scan log or a threat log and post the lines that show the detection. Also any added info would be useful!
