We sometimes get reports of this from members but in general it has nothing to do with WSA and the is usually found to be a local issue with one's internet connection, etc.

 

I personally do not use Facebook but my Wife has checked and everything seems to be about normal speedwise at our end. Try testing your internet speed using this testing site.
