my account says i have 2 devices being protected ...but i only have one computer.

need help on removing the one computer that is highlighted in orange

Deactivate the one you wish to be gone.

Your supposed to keep the same keycode, pay, and just roll it over but I had to do a new keycode ? It’s not right

You don’t have to do a new key code, you can absolutely keep the same one. If you bought a new product then it will give a new keycode all you have to do is update the keycode in the interface.
