just installed secure/anywhere and cannot find system optimizer.  did they take it out?

No problem, HEPTA.
 
Open Webroot, click Utilities, and then click Optimize Now. You can customize the settings by clicking Advanced Settings and then System Optimizer.

    Have to make sure he has the WSA-Complete version to have the optimizer.
