I am am Geek Squad customer;
I simply want to change my email address on webroot.com.
I went through Geek Squad support. The Agent not only didn’t know how to do it he didn’t even know anything about the webroot site. He told me I have to contact webroot.
I then tried to do it via Webroot online chat and he told me for that I have to call.
After 40 minutes on hold the webroot rep told me I have to contact Geek Squad !
I am phasing out that email address and wish I could change it myself but I guess for security or something I can’t.
This is a simple thing. Because I am with Geek Squad it has become impossible. Any ideas?
