I am a home user - renewed my license several months ago. It looks as though login process changed in early December.  I’m unable to login now because, while I have a email, password, and keycode, I am hitting a page asking for an authentication code.  How do I get  this code? Or, what am I doing wrong? Without it, can’t log in.  Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to reach tech support. Thanks!

If you’ve lost or misplaced your authentication (2fa) code, you will need to go through support to retrieve it. Make sure you write it down somewhere once you have a new one set!
