Unblocking site

Webroot is blocking my ability to connect to gmail from an email client on my Windows PC. I don’t get any error message or option to unblock. The email client simply hangs.

The only solution I’ve found is to shut down Webroot. How can I fix this?

Hello @hitmeister

What email client are you using and what version? I have no issue with Outlook 2019 email client. Do you see any other issues besides the email client?

It’s best to contact Webroot Support directly as it could be a simple thing as getting some files whitelisted in the Webroot Cloud Database.

Webroot Support:

Thanks,

It’s actually happening with 2 different email clients. One is Thunderbird and the other is Agent.
