Hi,

 

I'd just like to thank the Webroot support team for their very quick response to a "possible" false positive. Bearing in mind this is a weekend (Saturday night/Sunday morning), I've got 3 replies in less than 2 hours. This is awesome customer support ! (and the issue was resolved)

 

I've been using Webroot for over 6 weeks now and its been perfect, just sites there doing its thing, but, I'm glad I had the false positive issue as I was beginning to wonder if it was doing anything at all ! ;)

 

Great product, keep up the good work. (it's one of the few products which still supports XP).

I am glad you are enjoying Webroot! 🙂 Most of us here are volunteers doing our bit because we love the product and the company that is Webroot and its good to hear people enjoying it as much as we do.
