If you are referring to 'extasycams' then as far as I can see from a quick search of the Internet there do not seem to be reports of malware related activity but given the type of site this appears to be, visting one may run a higher than average risk of running foul of something 'irregular'.
If you check it out via the Webroot URL/IP Reputation Checker yo will get a review of its reputation/whether there are any known threat assocaited with it, etc.
