In the last few days I have received wrning messages from WR about kitco.com & cnbc.com containing malware. I would normally consider these sites to be pretty safe. Whats up with this?

These may be false positives related to the Web Threat Shield. If as you say you would normally consider these sites to be pretty safe and so if you feel they are incorrectly identified as unsafe, follow the steps below to submit a change request.
1. First, click here to open Webroot's URL Reputation Change Request page.
2. Enter the web address of the page you are submitting in the URL field.
• If you believe the site should not be blocked, select the radio button next to “81-100”. This will give the URL the highest possible rating.
• If you believe the site should be blocked, select the radio button next to “1-20”. This will give the URL the lowest possible rating.
3. After rating the URL, please enter your email address and product type (e.g. Webroot SecureAnywhere for Mac). To receive notifications when your website change request is processed, check the box to receive notifications.
4. Click "Submit" to send your request.
Generally this team responds within 24-48 hours. You can also view further details about our website classification process by clicking here.
Please post back here to let us know if the above has resolved the issue for you or not.

Hi LennySly
Just a quick update & further thoughts.
Have just attempted to access both sites that you have mentioned and as far as I can see I am not been blocked from accessing them.
If this has been happening since you uninstalled WSA then another option would be to uninstall WSA, download a new copy of the installer from here (if you bought through Best Buy then yo should download from here instead), reboot, carry out a clean install (do not import any previous settings if so offered, and then reboot once the install process has completed...and then try accessing the sites in question again.
Let us know how you get on and whether we need to go further to try and assist you.
