Weboot
When I scan I get the same information about threats 4 day in a row. Is Weboot working?

Well it's not removing threat's every time you scan it's the total removed since you installed WSA, if you want to reset that please look here to reset: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C11_ReportsandViewers/CH11c_ViewingProtectionStatistics.htm and just click on the reset button on the bottom and it will clear that message!
