WEBROOT EXPIRING

I want to avoid letting it expire because that leaves the door open for malware and virsus etc. That happen to me once before and i had to have my hard drive wiped clean. I dont want to do that again.

Hi thank you , I bought it at Best Buy its this one http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/av  except it was on sale for 19.99 and it covers 3 devices. The box says Webroot Secure Anywhere Antivirus

Okay there are two options as you say you have the AV only version: 1. Is it a Best Buy Subscription with Geek Squad? 2. Did you just buy the Box with CD at the cashier? 1. Again if it's a Best Buy Subscription you need to contact Geek Squad 24/7: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl 2. And if you just paid for the box the Cashier didn't Activate it and you will have to go back to the store and get it activated by Best Buy make sure you bring the receipt and you have it installed already by the sounds of it then all you need to do is enter the new keycode and do a scan and then you would be all set.

i bought the box paid for it and left. But i put it on my laptop just fine went to add it to my desk top and the subscription box wants me to subscribe to it again. I already paid for it so i didnt click on it.

And it will not install on the other PC? Try this Download link for the latest version: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe and use it to install as the CD is not necessary. Also did you setup your online Console? https://my.webrootanywhere.com/ if not please do and add the keycode in there, also are you sure it's good for 3 PC's?
