I purchased a webroot subscription for 10 devices for 1 year in November.  I have it on our computer and our android devices and activated the new key code.  According to computer, I have 281 days left.  However, today according to my phone I have 32 days left of the subscription.  I know the computer is correct.  What happened?  And, what do I need to do to fix the android devices with webroot on them?
