Just sent email to Webroot support regarding the company’s inability to provide protection for Samsung S22 phone and S8 tablet.  Accessed this Community and learned from related topics that as of 11 days ago there seemed to be no fix for the problem.  I have been dealing with it since May 2022 since these were only 2 of 7 devices for which protection had been purchased.  However, it’s time to renew.  Don’t want to continue with a cap in the protection shield.  HAS ANYONE FOUND A PROTECTION SOFTWARE THAT WILL COVER THESE DEVICES?  Also need to protect in the same package 3 Windows based computers and an older Samsung phone that can already access the Webroot app.  Please share a good answer.

TylerM, your advice & link allowed me to add Webroot coverage to my two newer Samsung devices.

It took a lot longer than expected but being able to add them to Webroot convinced me to renew.
