I have webroot and I paid for my subscription yet I can't scan my phone. It's on the account yet there is no way that shows how to scan.
I have called and been through the runaround. Why can't I scan to check for viruses?

+6Have you tried removing it and reinstalling it? I would restart the phone after removing the application, then after it restarts install it again. Good luck.

+25Are you on an iPhone or an Android device. Please know there is no scanning your iPhone, as the operating system (iOS) security does not allow one app to scan the files of the system or other apps. So if you are on an iPhone, you will not find a scan option.
