Welcome to the Community,
There is a drop down box leading you to the Category, Users, Community,
Hope this helps!!
Best Regards,
To add to what Sherry said,
If you are referring to the Ask A Question form, the "Board" refers to which area of the Community your post will go to. We have separate "Boards" for each product type, (WSA-AV, WSA-IS, WSA-Complete, etc etc) as well as other NON WSA releated things like Security Industry News, Techie articles and discussin, and Non Techie which is simply anything that is not WSA or Tech related. (We like to say good morning, have general chit chat, etc)
If helps greatly if you are able to use the drop down menu there to select which general topic area your post should be placed under, though if you get the wrong one do not worry.. we will still answer and can move the post to the right place if we need to.
:)

Anytime!
That Ask A Question feature is still new, and the experienced members here are just plain not used to it yet LOL. It does really help new members be able to get a first post in though: prior to that being added in most new members ended up posting just in the Idea's area. It was much more confusing.
It is still a little confusing... and Webroot is working on continuing to improve the experience for new members!
