Welcome to the Community Forums.
There are numerous websites that offer advice on how to decrapify a PC but what a lot of us here use is CCleaner by Piriform (http://www.piriform.com). It is a good, reliable utility for removing junk from a PC. Give that a try...but as always before using such tools do make sure that you have either backed up your data or created a System Restore Point...just in case. ;)
