Welcome to the Community Forums.
You will be asked to set up the Security Code as part of the creation of an online account. If you have not already do so then please review this KB Article on the subject and then go ahead and do so.
If you have already set up an online account but have forgotten your Security Code you can reset it by using the 'Forgotten password' link to the right of the Sign In button on the Online Console log in page (HERE).
