I seriously doubt the phone call simply dropped. And months ago I sent a support tech to webroot because i can't get te auto-form tool to work. I never got a reply. Is this typical of their support? If so, perhaps I should consider another company? Do any others have this issue?

Sorry your having issues and it's not the norm to have issues with support as in our opinion it's second to none, with that being said are you getting the correct phone numbers see here: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/contact also the Support Ticket System has always been great whenever I contact them.

When I first needed Support, I sent an email (I think), they replied via email and provided me with a password to view the response. From then on, all questions that I send to support are simply added to that thread and it is getting rather long but it is a history of all of my queries and their replies. I must also say that they reply same day (depending on time zone) or the next day at the latest. I think that it works fabulously. In order to add another question, it was important for me to save their emails with the password and simply return to the scene of the crime. ;)

? guess you must have had a connection issue because Webroot support people are really nice and do things they don't have to... I'm not mentioning people but i've been in contact with a few of them and they really care about us even beyond the care for our machines & software... Personally i only have had excellent experiences with them.
