Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.

Added

What is the reason for the gradual rollout? To prevent overwhelming the servers, or to allow time to resolve any issues that arise before everyone gets the update?

@tmcmullen

It’s combination of both of those things. There might be a few unique cases where a roll out causes an issue and they wanna be able to prevent mass interruptions should an issue actually arise.

Thanks @jhartnerd123. It makes complete sense! I was just curious if that was the reason

Sometimes can be annoying when you have a client where not all their endpoints get the update on the same day though.

That's good to know, not something I've noticed personally but makes logical sense
