Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Excuse me for asking the obvious but have you tried a manual 'Check for Updates'?  Quickest way is to right click on the icon in the Notification area and select the option from the context menu displayed.
 
The other thing to check is under Advanced SettingsInstall Settings, that the "Automatically downlaod and apply updates" is checked.  It should be by default but in some case this has been known to get unchecked in error.
