Actual number of devices covered with webroot

My issues are with the number of devices that webroot is stating that i have 7 that's odd when i have four showing on my webroot console over the years i had other unidentified systems on my account over the years i have submitted support tickets and most cases the ones that didn't belong were removed i really don't think they have solved root of the problem just buried it because being an HVAC tech there is symptom and cause they have been treating the symptom not the cause i have change passwords and gone with the explanations. I have really been thinking not renew my subscription this year because not feeling the security here.🤔

What product do you have? https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home and for how many Devices? With this new forum software I can't find an article to help you so again I would suggest that you contact support and they will sort it out for you.

Have a look at this: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_website_userguide/wsa_managementwebsite_userguide.htm#PCSecurity/DeactivatingPCs.htm%3FTocPath%3DPC%2520Security%7C_____7

Moving this to the TechTalk section for now. This area of the site is for PMs to post articles about Known Issues that they are encountering with our products.

Thank you.
