Where's Autopilot?

Hi @nateschoonover see the screenshot below for the Autopilot tab location. If you are still not seeing Autopilot this might be due to caching.

Hi - did you try clearing your browser cache?

Yes, I cleared the cache in Edge. I still don’t see a link to Autopilot in Webroot.

Hi - sorry to hear about this issue. If you’re still not able to see Autopilot, can you try using chrome and let us know if this resolves the issue?

I also tried in Chrome with no luck. 

We’re generally seeing normal traffic to Autopilot but there are routinely a few cases where users don’t see new app features due to caching. However they normally resolve faster than what you’re experiencing.

We made some additional changes on our end to see if this helps with your situation, can you try to hard-refresh the pages and let us know if you’re able to see Autopilot now?
