Hello, everyone. I just love Webroot SecureAnywhere but I had to uninstall it from my desktop because some cryptominers doesn't work properly, even when whitelisted. But that is not my problem.
Since I uninstalled the program, my Windows lock screen never goes to a blank screen. I don't know why. I checked my energy saving configuration and everything is ok. Nothing changed.
Any ideas?

+36Doesn't sound like it would be Webroot related, although if it is, our support team would be the best for resolving it. I highly recommend giving them a call at 1-866-612-4227 so we can investigate further and get you taken care of.
+3Sorry the delay. I fixed the problem although I can't find the cause. Something changed some hard to find energy settings . Thanks for your time. Best regards.
